_ • m <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code Title <br /> 2 19 (Ordinance 3572) . <br /> 3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br /> 4 regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from <br /> 5 C-2 , Heavy Commercial - Light Manufacturing Zone to R-1, Single- <br /> 6 Family Low-Density Zone, <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hear- <br /> 8 ing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> 9 Everett, has determined that said property should be so rezoned <br /> 10 and zoned R-l . <br /> 11 NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 12 Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set <br /> 13 forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett . <br /> 14 Section 2 : That the zoning map of the City of Everett, <br /> as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Or- <br /> 15 dinance 3572 , Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended <br /> as follows : <br /> 16 <br /> That portion of the Southeast quarter of the <br /> 17 Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of <br /> Section 1, T 28 N, R 4 E, W. M. , described <br /> 18 as follows : <br /> 19 Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter <br /> 20 of the Northeast quarter; thence South <br /> 88°07 ' 50" West along the north line thereof <br /> 21 for 300 . 0 feet to the True Point of Beginning <br /> thence continue South 88°07 ' 50" West for. 173 . 04 <br /> 22 feet; thence South 72°11 ' 47 West for 153 . 55 <br /> feet; thence South 35923 ' 47" East for 397 . 15 <br /> 23 feet; thence South 58°38 ' 00" East for 115. 27 <br /> feet; thence North 1013 ' 30" West for 436 . 44 <br /> 24 feet to the True Point of Beginning. <br /> 25 Now zoned C-2 , Heavy Commercial - Light Manufacturing <br /> is rezoned and zoned R-1 , Single-Family Low-Density <br /> 26 Residential . <br /> 27 Section 3 : That the official map shall , upon the passage <br /> of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as <br /> 28 hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall <br /> be used in accordance with the zone in which the same <br /> 29 is now established, as provided by Everett Municipal Code <br /> (Ordinance 3572) as amended. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
