• 1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE POSTING OF LOAD <br /> LIMIT RESTRICTIONS ON THE WOOD BRIDGE AT <br /> 41ST STREET. <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 46.61.450 provides that bridges may be posted with <br /> maximum weight and size limits which can be carried safely, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT THAT: <br /> Section I: <br /> The wood bridge at 41st Street in the Smith Street vicinity shall be <br /> posted with a maximum gross weight of 8000 pounds together with a <br /> statement limiting the use of the bridge to vehicles not larger than cars <br /> and pickups.
