• <br /> 1ORDINANCE NO. -`0 -/-� <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Everett, as provided by Everett !Suni_cipal Code <br /> 3 Title 19 (Ordinance 35724So. of 98th S.E. W of Bothell Highway) <br /> 4 WHEREAS, on December 16, 1975, the Planning Commission held <br /> 5 a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described <br /> 6 property from R-1, Single-Family Low-Density Residence Zone to R-4 , <br /> 7 Multiple Family High-Density Residence Zone, <br /> 8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hear- <br /> 9 ing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> 10 Everett, has determined that said property should be so rezoned <br /> 11 and zoned R-4 <br /> 12 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 13 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby find that the zoning change here- <br /> 14 inafter set forth is in the best interest of the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> 15 <br /> Section 2 : That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, <br /> 16 as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Or- <br /> dinance 3572, Section 4, as amended) is hereby amended <br /> 17 as follows : <br /> 18 That portion of. the South 1, Southeast 4, Souteast �Q <br /> Section 18 , lying East of State Route 5 LESS the East <br /> 19 30 feet and the South 30 feet thereof. <br /> 20 The Northerly 1 of the Northeast 4, Northeast n, North- <br /> east 4, Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5E LESfl <br /> 21 the East 30 feet and the South 30 feet thereof now <br /> zoned R-1, Single-Family Low-Density Residential is <br /> 22 rezoned and is zoned R-4,__Multiple Residence High- <br /> Density. <br /> 23 <br /> Section 3 : That the official map shall, upon the passage <br /> 24 of this Ordinance, be aiended by the City Clerk, as here- <br /> inabove provided, andhenceforth said property shall <br /> 25 be used in accordance with the zone in which the same <br /> is now established, as--provide&by Everett Muncipal <br /> 26 Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended. <br /> 27 Section 4 : That the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and map <br /> shall upon the passage of,this Ordinance be changed from <br /> 28 Single-Family to Multiple-Family Classification. <br /> • <br /> 29 • <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
