<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the 1969
<br /> Extraordinary Session, the budget for the year 1976 now on file
<br /> in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Everett, is here-
