42. Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. <br /> 43. Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that are not in conformance with <br /> the Contract Documents,prepared after Substantial Completion. <br /> 44, RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington. <br /> 45. Samples: Physical examples of materials, Equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some <br /> portion of the Work and which establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be <br /> judged. <br /> 46. Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 9.1.A. Schedule <br /> of Values. <br /> 47. Shall: Required conduct. <br /> 48. Shop Drawings: All drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, and other data or information, <br /> which are specifically prepared or assembled by or for Contractor and submitted by Contractor, to <br /> illustrate some portion of the Work. <br /> 49. Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings,with or without'reference to the Drawings. , <br /> 50. Site: Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by Owner upon which <br /> the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other <br /> lands furnished by Owner that are designated for the use of Contractor. ' <br /> 51. Specifications: That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written descriptions of the <br /> technical features of materials, Equipment, construction systems, standards, and workmanship. <br /> 52. Specify: Refers to information described, shown, noted or presented in any manner in any part of the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> 53. Subcontractor: An individual or entity having a direct contract with Contractor or with any other <br /> Subcontractor for the performance of a part of the Work. <br /> 54. Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by Contractor to the <br /> Owner's Representative or Owner. <br /> 55. Substantial Completion: The day on which the Owner or Owner's Representative determines the <br /> Owner has full and unrestricted use and benefit of the Project, from both the operational and safety <br /> standpoints and only minor incidental Work, replacement of temporary substitute facilities, or minor <br /> correction or repair Work remains. Determination of Substantial Completion in whole or in part is <br /> solely at the discretion of the Owner. Substantial Completion does not mean complete in accordance <br /> with the Contract nor shall Substantial Completion of all or any part of the Project entitle the <br /> Contractor to Final Acceptance under the Contract. <br /> 56. Supplier: A manufacturer, fabricator, supplier, distributor, materialman, or vendor having a direct <br /> contract with Contractor or with any Subcontractor to furnish materials or Equipment to be <br /> incorporated in the Work. <br /> 57. Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed before it will <br /> affect the Completion Date. <br /> 58. Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic, such as pedestrians, bicyclists, wheelchairs, and <br /> equestrian traffic. <br /> 59. Unabsorbed Overhead: The reduction or loss of contribution to recovery of the Contractor's <br /> Overhead costs realized bythe result of reduced d ed s Project or Contractor billings, or both, due to <br /> g > any <br /> reason whatsoever, including a Project extension. <br /> 60. Unit Price Work: Refers to items of Work identified by unit prices in the bid form. <br /> 61.
