42. Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. 43. Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that are not in conformance with the Contract Documents,prepared after Substantial Completion. 44, RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington. 45. Samples: Physical examples of materials, Equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and which establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. 46. Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 9.1.A. Schedule of Values. 47. Shall: Required conduct. 48. Shop Drawings: All drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, and other data or information, which are specifically prepared or assembled by or for Contractor and submitted by Contractor, to illustrate some portion of the Work. 49. Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings,with or without'reference to the Drawings. , 50. Site: Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by Owner that are designated for the use of Contractor. ' 51. Specifications: That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written descriptions of the technical features of materials, Equipment, construction systems, standards, and workmanship. 52. Specify: Refers to information described, shown, noted or presented in any manner in any part of the Contract Documents. 53. Subcontractor: An individual or entity having a direct contract with Contractor or with any other Subcontractor for the performance of a part of the Work. 54. Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by Contractor to the Owner's Representative or Owner. 55. Substantial Completion: The day on which the Owner or Owner's Representative determines the Owner has full and unrestricted use and benefit of the Project, from both the operational and safety standpoints and only minor incidental Work, replacement of temporary substitute facilities, or minor correction or repair Work remains. Determination of Substantial Completion in whole or in part is solely at the discretion of the Owner. Substantial Completion does not mean complete in accordance with the Contract nor shall Substantial Completion of all or any part of the Project entitle the Contractor to Final Acceptance under the Contract. 56. Supplier: A manufacturer, fabricator, supplier, distributor, materialman, or vendor having a direct contract with Contractor or with any Subcontractor to furnish materials or Equipment to be incorporated in the Work. 57. Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed before it will affect the Completion Date. 58. Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic, such as pedestrians, bicyclists, wheelchairs, and equestrian traffic. 59. Unabsorbed Overhead: The reduction or loss of contribution to recovery of the Contractor's Overhead costs realized bythe result of reduced d ed s Project or Contractor billings, or both, due to g > any reason whatsoever, including a Project extension. 60. Unit Price Work: Refers to items of Work identified by unit prices in the bid form. 61.
