March 20, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., March 20, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 13, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Vogeli and Roberts abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin spoke about new branding, the new logo, and new design <br /> for the City of Everett and a revamped tourism website. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at the Twin Creeks / <br /> Cascade View Neighborhood Association meeting. <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a report on her attendance at the <br /> Congressional City Conference, hosted by the National League of Cities, in <br /> Washington, D.C. She also provided a liaison report from the Carl Gipson <br /> Senior Center Advisory Committee meeting, and announced that the Senior <br /> Center is hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner on April 18. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a report on priorities from the National <br /> League of Cites Conference. He also reported on his attendance at the <br /> Delta Neighborhood Association meeting. Council Member Roberts also <br /> provided a recap from the General Government Subcommittee meeting, <br /> which was held earlier this evening. <br /> Vice President Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Library Board meeting. <br /> 81 <br />
