March 20, 2019 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PURCHASE — 18 ELDORADO AEROTECH PARATRANSIT VEHICLES <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Purchase of 18 Eldorado Aerotech paratransit <br /> vehicles from Schetky Bus and Van Sales in the amount of$1,810,073 <br /> to include vehicles, FTA-required travel, and in service cost. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT— SUPERVISION OF DIVERSION PROGRAMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with HopeWorks Social Enterprises for supervision of <br /> diversion programs in an amount not to exceed $110,000. <br /> Katrina Lindahl, Everett, spoke in support of the proposed agreement. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — 2019 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to adopt Resolution No. 7353 concerning the 2019 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Annual Action plan and allocations of <br /> CDBG, HOME, and 2060 Housing Trust Funds. <br /> Council Member Roberts informed the Council that this topic was discussed <br /> during the National League of Cities conference. <br /> 86 <br />
