March 27, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 <br /> p.m., March 27, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council Vice President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll call, it <br /> was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Moore, Murphy, <br /> Vogeli, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Members Roberts <br /> and Bader were excused. <br /> Council Member Vogeli led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 20, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OATH — POLICE OFFICER <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to concur with the appointment of Paul Wright as a new police <br /> officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Bader who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered the oath of office, and Mayor Franklin <br /> presented the officer with his badge. <br /> Mayor Franklin requested that Council clarify the City's representation on <br /> the Board of Directors of the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. As such, the <br /> Mayor asked the Council to make a motion that the City of Everett Mayor <br /> and Council designate Council Member Paul Roberts represent the City of <br /> Everett on the Board of Directors of the Puget Sound Clear Air Agency. <br /> 88 <br />
