February 27, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 <br /> p.m., February 27, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 20, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Members Murphy and Stonecipher abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated that commercial air service is scheduled to open on <br /> Monday at Paine Field. She also stated the City has received four <br /> applications for the Districting Commission and encouraged citizens to <br /> consider applying for the commission. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a report from her attendance at the <br /> Historical Commission meeting on Tuesday. She also invited citizens to <br /> attend the William F. Brown Awards on May 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the <br /> Weyerhaeuser Room at Everett Station. <br /> Council Member Moore commented on his attendance at the Diversity <br /> Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report from the Northwest <br /> Neighborhood meeting. He also provided Council with an update regarding <br /> a memo sent to Puget Sound Regional Council on clean fuel. Council <br /> Member Roberts stated the next General Government Subcommittee <br /> meeting is scheduled for March 20 at 5 p.m. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated the next Budget Subcommittee meeting is <br /> scheduled for March 6 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> 62 <br />
