0 CITY <br /> LEADERSHIP <br /> SNOHOMISH <br /> COUNTY,. <br /> Equity and Diversity Service Contract Agreement <br /> This agreement, made and entered into by and between Leadership Snohomish County, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "LSC" and City of Everett, hereinafter referred to as the "client" in the manner following: <br /> SCOPE: Client receiving the training is seeing diversity and inclusion training to improve team <br /> communication and collaboration. LSC will provide services as follows: <br /> • Curriculum design, pre and post planning/follow up and facilitation of the three (3) hour Diversity <br /> and Inclusion training for fifteen (15) Diversity Board members of City of Everett <br /> • The training is scheduled for April 15th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM <br /> PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance under the contract will be from <br /> April 15, 2019 to April 15, 2019 unless extended by either party as provided in this contract or by <br /> amendment to this contract. <br /> COMPENSATION: City of Everett agrees to pay LSC a total not to exceed one thousand five hundred <br /> dollars and 00 cents, $1,500, only after said services have been received. The final payment is due to <br /> LSC within thirty (30) days upon the completion of services.
