Responsible Supplier -A business entity or individual who has the financial and <br /> technical capacity to perform the requirements of the solicitation and subsequent <br /> contract. <br /> 1.9 WAIVER OF MINOR ADMINISTRATIVE IRREGULARITIES <br /> The City of Everett reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive minor administrative <br /> irregularities and informalities contained in any proposal submitted and accepted by the <br /> City. The City further reserves the right to make awards to the responsible offer whose <br /> proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Everett. The supplier agrees to make no reference to the City of <br /> Everett in any literature, promotional material, brochures, sales presentation or the like <br /> without the express written consent of the City of Everett. <br /> 1.14 PROPRIETARY MATERIAL SUBMITTED/PUBLIC DISCLOSURE <br /> A. Property of the City of Everett <br /> All materials submitted in response to this RFP shall become the property of the City of <br /> Everett. Selection or rejection of a proposal does not affect this.
