RESOLUTION No. <br /> A Resolution declaring one1993 Zodiac Defender RNIB Boat, Boat Trailer, Boat Motors <br /> (Marine-2OLD, Marine -2AOLD, Marine-2DOLD, Marine-2EOLD) Surplus and <br /> Authorizing its Sale at Public Auction <br /> Whereas, the City has 1993 Zodiac Defender RHIB Boat, Boat Trailer, Boat Motors <br /> (Marine-2OLD, Marine -2AOLD, Marine-2DOLD, Marine-2EOLD) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or <br /> disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06, a public <br /> auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of <br /> the surplus property and has recommended to surplus the above-referenced vehicle and <br /> equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett: <br /> 1. The City has one 1993 Zodiac Defender RHIB Boat, Boat Trailer, Boat Motors <br /> (Marine-2OLD, Marine -2AOLD, Marine-2DOLD, Marine-2EOLD)which is no <br /> longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
