o Advocate for capital and operating investments in K-12,CTC and university <br /> systems in Olympia and Washington,D.C., including EASC Legislative <br /> Breakfast,Advocacy Day, and legislative communications and testimony. <br /> B. Achieve World-class Infrastructure.Support initiatives to develop the infrastructure <br /> necessary for continued business recruitment and retention. <br /> a. Develop an efficient,effective system to move people,goods and services <br /> regionally,nationally and globally. <br /> b.
