Provide responsive regulatory and financial support. <br /> City of Everett deliverables: <br /> • Provide a quarterly report on EASC's progress toward the Objective above including <br /> • specific activities under each sub-category that encourage the City of Everett <br /> economy. <br /> o EASC transportation initiatives should specifically include Everett-based <br /> initiatives including the Smith Island Terminal,the Port of Everett,Highway 2 <br /> and SR 526 improvements, Swift BRT, and Paine Field Commercial Airport <br /> at Everett. <br /> o EASC utility initiatives should specifically include aerospace manufacturing <br /> needs around Paine Field and support city efforts to provide access to high- <br /> speed data service throughout the commercial areas of Everett. <br /> o EASC shall provide the city with details of its legislative plan and positions <br /> and provide the city with opportunity to comment. <br /> o Support city grant applications for Riverpoint bridge funding and Economic <br /> Development Administration assistance. <br /> o Support city economic development efforts in the Westmont-Holly, <br /> Evergreen,Boeing triangle. <br /> o Convene jurisdictions and stakeholders throughout Snohomish County to <br /> coordinate transportation and infrastructure advocacy efforts <br /> C.
