The attached Ordinance requires the following to be provided: 1) an easement for utility purposes be retained within that portion of 17th Street being vacated; 2) compensation equal to one hundred percent of the current appraised value ($640,000)be provided to the City for the right of way areas being vacated. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council):Adopt Ordinance Vacating a portion of State Street, a portion of 17th Street, and the alleyways within Blocks 324 and 325,Plat of Riverdale Addition subject to the conditions as set forth in the Ordinance. 43
