These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2015 International Building Code,) (2015 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of architectural drawings reflecting the information requested. 1. Provide architectural drawings as per our conversation on August 15, 2017. Review will recommence once the architectural drawings are received. All required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
