Comply with Ordinance 3407-14 and all requirements of state law,the Washington State Liquor <br /> and Cannabis Board, and the City. <br /> 4. Any future change of use of the property will require review by the Planning Department to <br /> determine if the new use meets the intent of this permit or if it will require a new application. <br /> 5.
