Inspected (2)footings per S-002 drawing layout and details 1 and 2 S/-005. Holes were cleaned with compressed air and bottle brush prior to using Simpson Strong Tie SET-XP (lot 219D680D, expiration 05/2019). Holes meet 4" minimum embedment depth requirements. Six#4 bars installed into outside footing and (8)#4 bars installed into inside footing per plans. To the best of our knowledge, the items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans and specifications.
