• <br /> April 10, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., April 10, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, <br /> and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Member Murphy were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 3, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL • <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a report from the South Forest Park <br /> Neighborhood meeting. She also commented on her attendance at the <br /> Arbor Day Celebration at Walter E. Hall Park. <br /> Council Member Roberts also commented on his attendance at the Walter <br /> E. Hall Park Arbor Day Celebration. Council Member Roberts asked for <br /> feedback from council members on a draft memo regarding climate action <br /> addressed to the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) Growth Policy <br /> Board and stated this will come back to Council for action before sending to <br /> PSRC. Council Member Roberts also commented on his attendance at the <br /> Sound Transit Operations Committee meeting on Thursday. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided an update from the Public Safety <br /> Subcommittee meeting held earlier this evening. She also provided a report <br /> from her attendance at the Parks Board meeting on Tuesday. <br /> President Bader, on behalf of Mayor Franklin, presented four <br /> recommendations for appointment to the Diversity Advisory Board. <br /> 104 <br />
