<br /> One of the first parts of any comprehensive land use planning effort involves an inventory of existing land uses,
<br /> zoning and vacant lands. The following tables summarize the gross land area,gross acres of land by zoning in the
<br /> City limits, and gross acres of land by Everett Comprehensive Plan designation in the unincorporated urban
<br /> growth area(UGA):
