The plans have been examined and you are advised that a <br />permit cannot be issued until the (ollowing issue is resolved. U�on submission of structural <br />ealculations and two sets of revised drewings reFlecting the corrections requested, your <br />application will be given priority and plan review will resume. <br />General <br />1. Please include calculations and specific support details, identifying the materials, thickness, <br />size, and structural supporf assembiy for this speci�c sign installation which verify that the <br />structurel design of the hanging sign and the methods of attachment are sized sufficiently <br />and designed to resist overturning forces from wind, gravity and seismic loading, per IBC <br />1603.1. These calculations and details should be stamped by a currently licensed <br />Washington State professional engineer. <br />2. Please a structural ele:ation of the metal tube frame. <br />3. The section should' �!icate how the sign panels are connected to the metal tube frame. <br />All required submiltals must be of sufficienf detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br />sfructure will he constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Applicable codes indude the <br />2009 Intemational Building Code (IBC). All codes are referenced in the Municipal Code of Everett <br />and should indude cunenl revisions by lhe Slale of Washington. These cummenLs address <br />building issues only.
