All codes cited refer to the 2012 international <br />Building Code (IBC), fhe 2012 Ii�terralional Fire Code (IFC), as amended by thc Statc of Washington and <br />adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible <br />and Usable Buddings and Facilities" (1CC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more <br />restrictive. These comments address building issues only.
