CITY <br /> Project Pay <br /> Letter of Understanding Amendment <br /> By and Between the <br /> City of Everett and IAFF, Local #46 <br /> This Letter of Understanding amends Article 32— Instructor Pay and Project Pay of the January <br /> 1, 2018— December 31, 2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement, by and between the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and the International <br /> Association of Firefighters Local #46, hereinafter, referred to as "IAFF." <br /> The parties realize that Article 32— Instructor Pay and Project Pay, Section B. 3. in the Collective <br /> Bargaining Agreement that was signed on April 25, 2018 did not reflect the parties actual intent <br /> on hourly rates of pay for employees who work Project Pay; therefore the parties mutual intent <br /> is amended below. <br /> 1. Article 32, Section B. 3. that reads as follows: <br /> The pay level will be the hourly rate of the base pay of a Captain, or the <br /> employee's base pay, whichever is higher. <br /> 2. Is hereby amended to read: <br /> The pay level will be the hourly rate of the base pay of a Captain, or the <br /> employee's regular pay, whichever is higher. <br /> This Letter of Understanding shall serve in conjunction with the current Collective Bargaining <br /> Agreement between the City of Everett and IAFF, Local 46.
