Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved.
General
1. The plumbing application is for a proposed restaurant. For a restaurant, a building
permit will be required. To apply for a building permit, an application will include a
permit application, floor plan to include the seating and a site plan as per the standard
submission requirements.
( 2.. If the proposal is for a food preparation kitchen only, the Planning Department has not
\./ approved such a use. Additional revisions or
additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
