Tawnya Herman
From: Jackson, Maureen <Maureen.Jackson@stantec.com>
Sent: Wednesday, October 25, 2017 8:28 AM
To: Jason Schoenwald
Subject: FW: PRMCE Pacific Normal Power in ORs
Here is the e-mail. Let me know if you need me to send the counts.
Maureen
From:Jackson, Maureen
Sent: Friday, September 01, 2017 1:48 PM
To: Christensen, Lloyd <Lloyd.Christensen(a@providence.org>
Cc: Redick, Darren V<Darren.Redick@providence.org>; Mclrvin, Bud <Bud.Mclrvin@providence.org>; Nancy Dumont
<nancy.dumont@veca.com>;Jason Schoenwald <Jason.Schoenwald@veca.com>
Subject: PRMCE Pacific Normal Power in ORs
Lloyd,
Confirming what we saw today in ORs 5 and 6:
• It appears that there are NO receptacles on Normal power, contrary to what was shown on the original
1992 drawings.
• The Normal power feed to Panel 2Y1 D that is shown on the riser that I had a question on is actually the
bond between the Normal and Critical branch panels feeding the patient care area so it is OK.
• It looks like the receptacles and circuits in each OR that come from Panel 2Y1 D were added after the
original construction. There is a circuit to each OR for the nurses station and another shared circuit for the
surgery lights.
• There are more receptacles in each OR than required by the latest NEC;we just need to add the Normal
devices(6 duplex).to comply with the current codes
I'll look into the other items on the DOH list and see what else we need to add on the electrical side to comply
with the ASC requirements. Will follow-up with you next week.
Thanks.
Maureen D.
