Can you check them for accuracy? <br /> (2/9/2018 10:27 AM DSC) <br /> Completed inspection with Ted de Budden and Property Manager, Eric.The structure has been converted -sometime in <br /> the past-from a Single Family Residence to 5 apartments-each with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom(s). <br /> Unit#1 on E side of Upper Level <br /> Unit#2 on W side of Upper Level <br /> Unit#3 in Basement-accessed through W Wall <br /> Unit#4 on Main Floor. Locking door separates it from the main house entry. Electrical Panel is in the entry porch area - <br /> leading into Unit#4 <br /> Unit#5 in Basement-accessed through N Wall <br /> The heating system has failed and space heaters are being used in each unit.Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide <br /> detectors were present in some units and missing or defective in others.The basement units (#3 &#5) have insufficient <br /> ceiling height(approx.81 inches) and lack code compliant emergency egress. The sill-height of windows was 51-52 <br /> inches above the floor and windows may not have had sufficient openings) Non-compliant electrical fixtures were <br /> observed above the entry to Units#3&#5, and non-compliant electrical wiring was observed in the basement (exposed <br /> wires where the old furnace and water heater are located-and electrical outlets in prohibited locations). Use of power <br /> strips to plug in additional devices were observed throughout the structure. <br /> 1 <br />
