The <br /> detached garage does not meet the south five foot side interior setback. The applicant's site plan shows the <br /> garage is setback one foot from the south side lot line. The Applicant provided evidence from Snohomish <br /> County Assessor's Records, Sanborn Maps, and Aerial Photographs from 1955 and 1947. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the above described non-conformities were established prior to zoning code <br /> regulations for the subject property.
