She manages the property at 4212
Rucker, which apparently contains two dwellings, 1 built in 1920 and the 2nd built in 1926. Snohomish County describes
the 1926 structure as a 1-story dwelling with an unfinished basement. They have been renting this structure as a duplex
and only recently became aware it was not approved for that use. She called to find out what the owner must do to
bring the property into compliance- hoping to make the 1926 structure a duplex.
Permit Trak indicates a violation in 2013 which was not resolved—looks like they got an electrical inspection and the City
became aware of unpermitted alteration—probably to the basement. Can you follow-up on this with Shellie and let
Kevin Fagerstrom know if Code Enforcement needs to open a case?
Thanks!
Don
Donald Cunningham
Code Enforcement Officer
Everett Police Department
Desk 425 257-8564
dcunningham@everettwa.gov
1
