Structural fill, testing, proof rolling for each foundation shall be done per the Geotechnical Report. The applicant will <br /> provide special inspection and reports for these issues and others to insure compliance with the Report and applicable <br /> building codes. <br /> 8. The applicant must request applicable City of Everett inspections for any of the under-slab utilities installed in conjunction <br /> with the foundations. <br /> 9. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works Inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or <br /> erosion blankets. n <br /> 10. Flexible connection for utilities are required as indicated in the GeoDesign geotechnical report (11 . D <br /> 11.
