April 17, 2019 <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1903-15. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to table Council Bill No. 1903-15 until next week. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued regarding the use of the proceeds from the <br /> vacation. <br /> Council Member Roberts withdrew his motion. Council Member <br /> Stonecipher concurred with the withdrawal. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to hold 100% ($640,000) of the proceeds from the vacation of a <br /> portion of State Street, a portion of 17th Street, and alleyways within <br /> Blocks 324, 325, Plat of Riverdale Addition in Fund 145 until future <br /> Council action. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke about a need to improve sidewalks and curb <br /> cuts for disabled individuals. <br /> David Ratliff, Bellevue, provided clarification regarding the connections, <br /> park access, and locations of two bus stops. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, <br /> and Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3670-19 adopted. <br /> 118 <br />
