April 24, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., April 24, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Moore was expected to be late. <br /> Vice President Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on Council Bill 1903-15 relating to a <br /> street vacation and the motion to hold proceeds until future Council action. <br /> He asked that Administration provide Council with a set of options as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, responded that additional information is <br /> scheduled for presentation at the May 15 Council meeting. <br /> The minutes of the April 17, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy announced the next Budget Subcommitee <br /> meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 5:15 p.m., in the council <br /> chambers. <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported that on Saturday, she was honored to read <br /> the Civic Engagement and Intentional Community Building Proclamation for <br /> the Communities of Color Coalition's Conference on Race, which was held <br /> at Everett Community College. Council Member Vogeli also requested a <br /> copy of the implementation plan for the plastic bag ordinance. <br /> Lyle Ryan stated Administration would email a copy of the plan to Council <br /> Member Vogeli. <br /> 120 <br />
