Plan preparation shall be at ' Contractor's sole cost and submitted to the City for approval at least 14 calendar days before starting Work. The Contractor shall erect and maintain all construction signs, warning signs, detour signs, and other traffic control devices necessary to warn and protect the public at all times from injury or damage as a result of the Contractor's operations that may occur on highways. roads, or streets.
