CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS ' 1-11.6 City of Everett Business License Contractor and Contractor's Subcontractors shall have a City of Everett business license prior to performing any Work pursuant to this Agreement. 1-11.7 Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws Contractor shall comply with and obey all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to the operation of its business and to its performance of Work hereunder. If, and to the extent, this Contract receives financial assistance from federal, state or private agencies. Contractor shall comply with all terms and conditions prescribed for third party contracts in the grant and all said terms and conditions shall be deemed incorporated in the Contract Documents.
