All <br />references refer to the 2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington arid adopted by the City of Everett and the Washingtor� State Eneryy Code, 2009 <br />Edition, unless stated otherw�se. <br />In order for the processing of your application to coistinue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new sets of construction documents <br />reFleding the corrections requested. <br />1. Does the proposed first Floor plan indicate changes fram a previous layout or is <br />everything existing as-is? If changes are proposed, it should be made evident as <br />to what is existing and what will be altered. This applies to the usages of the <br />rooms as well as the wall locations. Detailing should be provided for new wall <br />framing. <br />2. If the restrooms are to be altered, they must comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1- <br />Z003. <br />3. Please provide detailing to verify compliance with all stairway tread, riser, <br />handrail, and guardrail requirements in accordance with IBC 1009, 1012, and <br />1013. <br />q. The design live load requirement for office spaces is 50 psf. The drawings and <br />calculations indicate 40 psf. If there will be partitions subjected to changing <br />locations, an additional I� ad of 15 psf minimum is required.
