GENERATOR LOAD BANK CHECKLIST <br /> Location: <br /> Date: <br /> Operator: <br /> Load Banking <br /> • Notify Dispatch <br /> • Note generator Voltage and max. KW <br /> • Ensure load bank voltage links are correct for the generator voltage output <br /> • Turn the generator HOA switch is off <br /> • Turn off generator main breaker <br /> • Remove the station load conductors from the generator breaker <br /> • Attach the load bank load conductors to the generator main breaker <br /> • Attach the load bank neutral to the generator of transfer switch <br /> • Attach the load bank ground conductor <br /> • Ensure all the load bank breakers are in the off position <br /> • Start the generator in the manual/hand position <br /> • Turn the load bank fan selector switch to the internal position <br /> • Push and hold the fan start/fail reset button to start the fan <br /> • Reset the load bank main breaker(located on the side of the unit) <br /> • Select and turn on breakers to provide 25%load for 3.hour <br /> • Select and turn on breakers to provide 50%load for 1 hour <br /> • Select and turn on breakers o provide 75%load for 2 hours <br /> • Remove all load from the generator and allow it and the load bank to cool down <br /> Return generator to service <br /> • Ensure generator HOA switch is off <br /> • Ensure generator breaker is off <br /> • Disconnect the load bank conductors <br /> • Reconnect the station load conductors (ensure correct phase) <br /> • Turn on generator main breaker <br /> • Put generator HOA switch in auto position <br /> • Test generator and ATS operation <br /> • Notify dispatch that the work is complete <br />
