Jetty Island. <br /> and wildlife habitat conservation areas above arc designated as fish and wildlife habitat conservation <br /> that developments in shoreline jurisdiction arc subject to the requirements in the shoreline master <br /> program. <br /> C. Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas Mapping.The approximate location and extent of fish <br /> and wildlife habitat conservation areas within the city of Everett's planning area arc shown on maps <br /> compiled and maintained by the city planning and community development department.These maps <br /> interested parties; boundaries are generalized.The actual type, extent and boundaries of fish and <br /> wildlife habitat conservation areas shall be determined by a qualified scientific professional according to <br /> the procedures, definitions and criteria established by this chapter. In the event of any conflict between <br /> the habitat location or type shown on the city's fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas maps and <br /> the criteria or standards of this chapter,the criteria and standards resulting from the field investigation <br /> shall control. <br /> D. Other mapping sources include: <br /> 1. Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife priority habitat and species maps. <br /> 2. Washington State Department of Natural Resources Natural Heritage Program mapping data. <br /> 3. Anadromous and resident salmonid distribution maps contained in the habitat limiting factors <br /> reports published by the Washington Conservation Commission. <br /> /1. Washington State Department of Natural Resources state natural area preserves and natural <br /> resources conservation area maps. (Ord. 2909 06 § 14, 2006) <br /> 19.37.1200 Areas of special flood hazard. <br /> Areas of special flood hazard shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 19.30 of this title. <br /> 19.37.130460 Classification of sStreams and lakes. <br /> A. Streams shall be classified based upon an amended version of the water classification system <br /> established under WAC 222-16-030 as follows: <br /> 1. Type S Stream.Those streams,within their ordinary high water mark, as inventoried as"shorelines <br /> of the state" under Chapter 90.58 RCW and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto, including the <br /> periodically inundated areas of their associated wetlands. <br /> 2. Type F Stream.Those stream segments within the ordinary high water mark, including the <br /> periodically inundated areas of their associated wetlands that are not Type S streams, and which are <br /> demonstrated or provisionally presumed to be used by salmonid fish. Stream segments which have <br /> a width of two feet or greater at the ordinary high water mark and have a gradient of sixteen <br /> percent or less for basins less than or equal to fifty acres in size, or have a gradient of twenty <br /> percent or less for basins greater than fifty acres in size, are provisionally presumed to be used by <br /> salmonid fish.
