Words struck through are proposed for deletion; words that are underlined and highlighted <br /> are proposed additions. <br /> Section 1:Section 3 of Ordinance 2600-02 (Shoreline Overlay District, EMC 19.33D) is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2:Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (Zoning,Title and Purpose, EMC 19.01.040), <br /> is amended to read as follows: <br /> 19.01.040 Establishment of overlay zones. <br /> In certain instances,special circumstances warrant the application of special regulations or <br /> administrative processes to specific areas.
