A. Review Process I applications include the following minor administrative decisions: 4. Buffer width averaging and buffer width reduction for wetlands, lakes and streams(Section 19.37.160), streams(Sections 19.33D.490(D) and 19.37. ! e - e - •- 19.33D.450(E) and 19.37.110(C)) or alteration of geologically hazardous areas or standard buffer (Section 19.37.080(C)) if proposal is categorically exempt under SEPA; 8.
