CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION <br /> 21. INCORPORATED DOCUMENTS <br /> This Agreement shall consist of the terms and conditions as set forth herein, and <br /> the following documents which are incorporated herein by reference: <br /> 21.1 "Exhibit A" - The Request for Proposal (RFP) for Statewide Custody <br /> Services,dated October 30,2015. <br /> 21.2 "Exhibit B" - The Bank's proposal in response to the State RFP for <br /> Statewide Custody Services. <br /> 21.3 "Exhibit C" -The Bank's schedule of fees for all Services provided under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 22. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE <br /> 22.1 The headings used herein are inserted for convenience only and shall not <br /> control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions. <br /> 22.2 If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be in conflict with <br /> state or federal law, such provisions shall be deemed modified to conform <br /> with said law. In the event of any inconsistency in this Agreement, the <br /> inconsistency shall be resolved in the order of precedence stated below: <br /> 22.2.1 Applicable Federal and State Statutes and Regulations. <br /> 22.2.2 The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. <br /> 22.2.3 Exhibit A - The Request for Proposal (RFP) for Statewide <br /> Custody Services issued by the Office of the State Treasurer,dated <br /> October 30,2015. <br /> 22.2.4 Exhibit B - The Bank's proposal in response to the State RFP for <br /> Statewide Custody Services. <br /> 22.2.5 Exhibit C—The Bank's schedule of fees for all Services provided <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> 23.
