I DID NOT SEE ANY <br /> RINGS OR BASES WHERE A SMOKE DETECTOR HAD BEEN IN THE <br /> PAST. <br /> YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THERE IS A WORKING SMOKE <br /> DETECTOR AT THE TIME OF MOVE IN.
