The deteriorated condition of the interior and exterior of the occupied residential <br /> fourplex structure on the property is a violation of IPMC 304.1 and IPMC 305.1. <br /> The Respondent violated said City ordinances. <br /> 3. Uncontained trash and rubbish discarded in the yards of the property in public view <br /> is a violation of IPMC 308.1. The Respondent violated said City ordinance. <br /> 4. Inoperable and hazardous baseboard heaters; improperly wired and plumbed water <br /> heaters; overloaded circuits; hazardous electrical panels; improperly installed <br /> laundry equipment and leaking plumbing systems in an occupied residential <br /> fourplex structure on the property are violations of IPMC 504.3, IPMC 603.1 and <br /> IPMC 604.3. The Respondent violated said City ordinances. <br /> 5. Missing smoke alarms from some of the rooms within the occupied residential <br /> fourplex on the property is a violation of IPMC 704.2. The Respondent violated said <br /> City ordinance. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as stated above, it is hereby <br /> determined that the Respondent was in violation of IPMC 106.1, IPMC 304.1, IPMC <br /> 305.1, IPMC 308.1, IPMC 504.3, IPMC 603.1, IPMC 604.3 and IPMC 704.2 and is <br /> hereby ordered to: <br /> 1. The Respondent must abate all violations of IPMC 106.1, IPMC 304.1, IPMC 305.1, <br /> IPMC 308.1, IPMC 504.3, IPMC 603.1, IPMC 604.3 and IPMC 704.2 on property <br /> located at 915 Wall Street, Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. All abatement of the violations on said property must be completed by June 15, <br /> 2016. The cleanup and abatement shall include: <br /> a. The Respondent shall maintain the property free of nuisances including <br /> uncontained trash and rubbish. Approved garbage containers with tight fitting <br /> lids shall be used to store garbage and refuse on the property. <br /> b. The Respondent shall maintain the property according to the requirements of <br /> the EMC. <br /> c. The Respondent shall maintain the vacant structure in a clean, safe, secure and <br /> sanitary condition and the structure shall remain vacant until occupancy is <br /> approved by the City of Everett Building Division. <br /> d. The Respondent shall apply for all of the necessary and required permits to <br /> repair the structure on the property in compliance with the EMC. The <br /> Respondent shall conduct and complete all of the required work and have the <br /> work inspected and approved by the City of Everett Building Division within 180 <br />
