Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) as amended <br /> by the State of Washington and/or 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and adopted <br /> by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The roof framing plan as shown does not provide sufficient headroom over the stairs to <br /> the upper level. Revise plan to reflect stair opening. <br /> 2. Provide bearing under wall at stairs that support second floor roof trusses. <br /> 3. Provide Handrail on stairs per section R311.7.8 IRC and section 307 International <br /> Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) 2015 edition. <br /> 4. Provide attic ventilation calculations. Show location of ventilation openings in plan and <br /> section views. <br /> 5. Specify the use of all spaces on the floor plans. <br /> 6. Update code references to the current codes. <br /> 7. A minimum of 75% of lamps in permanently installed lighting fixtures shall be <br /> high-efficacy lamps. <br /> 8. Specify the size and location of all local exhaust fans per Table M1507.4 IRC. <br /> 9. Provide minimum 22"x 30"attic access per R807 IRC.
