This decision concerned a request from Berry Sign Systems for a <br /> Comprehensive sign design approval for the new Funko Headquarters building, located at 2802 <br /> Wetmore Ave, Everett WA 98201. Condition#6 of that decision states: <br /> For the non-mascot sculptures to qualify as artwork and not be considered signs, Funko shall <br /> provide a commitment in a form acceptable to the City Attorney that the sky bridge, and parking <br /> garage sculptures will be relocated or replaced with new sculptures at least once every 365 <br /> days. <br /> This letter is Funko's commitment as required by Condition#6. By this letter, Funko agrees that, so long <br /> as there are non-mascot sky-bridge and parking garages sculptures located at 2802 and 2801 Wetmore <br /> Ave, Funko will relocate or replace all of them at least once every 365 days.
