It looks like we will need to quickly process <br /> a Nonconforming Use Certification prior to signing off on the T.I.The building was established in 1975 when clinics and <br /> offices were allowed.The R-4 zoning changed and no longer allows stand-alone offices, unless they are legally <br /> nonconforming.The previous occupants did not certify but should have.The certification shouldn't take too long to <br /> process. <br /> I've included the link below in order to apply online.You can also apply in person.
