May 8, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., May 8, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Council Members Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and <br /> Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts and <br /> Moore were excused. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 1, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a liaison report on her attendance at <br /> the Westmont-Holly Neighborhood meeting on Monday evening. <br /> President Bader provided an update on the finalization of the Districting <br /> Commission process for the selection of Commissioners. He also reported <br /> that there would be no General Government Subcommittee meeting next <br /> week. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, stated that Deb Williams, Council Administrator, <br /> would be scheduling appointments with all council members regarding the <br /> establishment of a health clinic. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> 137 <br />
