(AESI) is pleased to provide this letter-report summarizing the <br /> results of our Phase II Supplemental Site Investigation (Phase II SSI) at the former Brien Ford <br /> property (Property) in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. Since the initial Phase II <br /> investigation the automobile dealership changed ownership and is now Epic Ford. The Phase II <br /> SSI was performed to delineate petroleum-affected soils identified during AESI's initial <br /> investigation in November of 2016. Our services were completed in accordance with our <br /> proposal dated January 13, 2017, as authorized by you on January 27, 2017 and additional <br /> scope items discussed and approved by you during various telephone calls. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Property is located on one Snohomish County tax parcel (No. 00393200300100) at 5200 <br /> Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington, as shown on Figure 1. The 3.84-acre Property is located in <br /> a mixed residential, commercial, and retail area of Everett, Washington. The Property is <br /> currently improved with an automobile showroom, service shop, and parts area with a <br /> detached service intake and office area, detail service shop, and a commercial sales office. The <br /> location of the commercial sales and service intake building is shown on Figure 2.
