All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated 10/23/2017. Approved plans must remain on job-site at all times. 5. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction to set up a pre- construction consultation.All inspections must be formally requested. See the attached handout for phone number and online instructions to formally request an inspection. 6. City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense.Work for each connection to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department.Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance(425-257-8827). 7.As-builts of storm,sanitary sewer, and water systems are required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8.A Public Access Easement for the back 1.5ft of the sidewalk along Fleming Street is required. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10.A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 11.A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning Department at 425-257-2273 to schedule the inspection. If this requirement cannot be met, discuss the option of posting a landscaping bond with the Planning Department. 12.The above conditions must be met prior to issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. No deviations will be permitted. 13.This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
