Construction permits, inspections, and final approvals are required for this project from City <br /> of Everett Permit Services. <br /> 2: Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. It is the applicant/owner's responsibility to ensure that storm water runoff from new <br /> impervious surfaces will be managed on-site in a manner that does not adversely affect <br /> neighboring properties, including the City's Right-of-way. <br /> 4. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If the permittee requests an extension in <br /> writing not later than eighteen (18) months from the land use permit date, the Director may grant <br /> a six (6)month extension. <br /> 2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. <br /> An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
