The calculations for the bolt-on balconies were completed by Sliderule Engineering <br /> Works and dated June 04, 2015. The associated shop drawings were completed by Site <br /> Welding Services. KPFF reviewed both sets of documents for General Conformance on June <br /> 24, 2015. <br /> Also, a special inspection report from Materials, Testing &Consulting (MTC) dated June 22, <br /> 2015, was provided to KPFF. In this report, MTC indicated that they inspected the bolt-on <br /> connections for eight of the balconies and that they were constructed according to the shop <br /> drawings by Site Welding Services. <br /> Based on the information described above, to the best of our knowledge, the balconies have <br /> been constructed in general conformance to the project documents. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel to contact me at (206) 622-5822. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ah <br /> , „,,z,____ <br /> Adam M.
