EVERETT CODE ENFORCEMENT UNIT <br /> WASHINGTON April 9, 2019 <br /> Estate of Frank Harley Rowe, Beneficiaries <br /> Unknown Heirs and Unknown Devisees <br /> 1832 Chestnut Street <br /> Everett, WA 98201-1941 <br /> Re: Case#CE18-1066: Hearing Examiner Order Property Abatement <br /> Violation Address: 1832 Chestnut Street, Everett, WA 98201-1941 <br /> Dear Estate of Frank Harley Rowe, <br /> On December 6, 2018 the City of Everett Hearing Examiner issued a Default <br /> Order requiring you to abate the violations of IPMC 106.1, IPMC 308.1, IPMC <br /> 505.1, IPMC 505.3, and EMC 8.20.020(A)(C)(E) and (G) on the property noted <br /> above. You failed to abate all or part of the violations. Pursuant to the Order of <br /> the City of Everett Code Official, the City abated the outstanding violations. <br /> The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on February <br /> 15, 2019 and March 11, 2019, pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code <br /> Official and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, chapter 1.20. The cost to <br /> the City for this work is$4,255.55 and an invoice is attached. According to EMC <br /> 1.20.090 (B), all costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be <br /> billed to the Respondent and become due and payable 30 days from the date of <br /> this bill.
