Condemnation placard posted on property. <br /> 12/06/18: Hearing. Hearing Examiner imposes a$2,000 fine, due by 12/21/18, and requires <br /> that the residential structure located on the property remain vacant until water <br /> service was restored. <br /> 01/11/19: Inspection revealed discarded items and overgrown vegetation remained on the <br /> property. Condemnation placards were re-posted. Residential structure was <br /> without water and electrical services and appeared vacant. <br /> 01/25/19: Five Brothers Mortgage Company reported residential structure unlawfully <br /> occupied. <br /> 02/06/19: Code Official Order issued for vacant and abandoned structures that were <br /> unsecured and open to trespass and requiring residential and accessory structures <br /> to be secured from trespass by February 8, 2019. <br /> 02/06/19: Warning letter sent via first class, certified mail and posted on property. <br /> 02/15/19: Abatement of unsecured structures completed by Combined Construction, Inc. <br /> 03/11/19: Abatement of unsecured structures completed by Combined Construction, Inc. <br /> 04/03/19: Structures on property re-secured by City staff. <br /> 04/09/19: Notice of abatement cost sent via first class, certified mail and posted on property. <br /> 04/20/19: Five Brothers Mortgage Company removed discarded items from public view and <br /> overgrown vegetation on the property. <br /> 05/13/19: Notice of Council Hearing sent via first class, certified mail and posted on <br /> property. <br /> 05/29/19: Council Hearing. <br />
